Funding Campaign Continues

We are so excited to share that the Wauneta Grocery Cooperative has officially reached $63,000 in pledged funds!

That means we're already making our way toward our first major benchmark: $200,000 by October 15th (this will officially secure the former Walgren's grocery store building that we have under contract).

When we reach $200,000 in pledged funds, an incredible supporter has committed an additional $100,000 investment toward the project! That means reaching this first benchmark doesn't just move us closer to opening our grocery store—it helps unlock another HUGE investment in our community.

We know $200,000 may sound like a big number, but we're doing this one pledge at a time. Every $250 investment. Every $500 investment. Every person who decides to believe in the future of our town. We still have a long-term goal of raising $500,000 to make this the most successful store without needing any further assistance.
